2. Services Fading Mist Designs specializes in graphic design services for the cannabis industry. Our services include but are not limited to branding, packaging design, digital marketing materials, and website design.
3. User Obligations By using our services, you agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the cannabis industry. You must ensure that any content you provide for design purposes is lawful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property All designs created by Fading Mist Designs remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the specific design work will be transferred to you, the client.
5. Payments and Refunds Details regarding payments, including any deposits, payment schedules, and refund policies, will be specified in your individual service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability Fading Mist Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or from any content created as part of our services.
